Judge delays work on Trump triumphal arch after planning commission approval

A federal judge blocked President Trump from starting construction on his vision of a triumphal arch at the gateway to Washington, in a ruling issued just minutes after the project had gotten final approval Thursday night from the National Capital Planning Commission.
